Top Ten Tuesday: Books on my Spring TBR

If you haven’t heard of Top Ten Tuesday it’s a weekly list of ten books with a topic to write about on your blog. See That Artsy Reader Girl for more information.

This week the prompt is top 10 books on my Spring TBR. I only have seven books on my TBR that’s left for Spring so I thought I’d just talk about them all.

The Hunger Games Trilogy

I’d like to reread The Hunger Games trilogy. I haven’t read them since I was at university, which was about four years ago so I’m looking forward to reading them again. I didn’t really enjoy Mockingjay the first time so I want to try it again, and I’d like to read them again now I’ve seen the movies and I can visualise things a bit more easily.

Her Mother’s Shadow – Diane Chamberlain

This is another reread. I’m planning to read all of Chamberlain’s books this year, so I’ve also gotĀ Kiss RiverĀ on my list this Spring.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban Illustrated

Obviously I’ve read the Prisoner of Azkaban before but I got this book, the illustrated version, from my parents for my birthday in December. I can’t believe I haven’t read the book yet! This is something I definitely want to get to this Spring.

The Escape – C.L. Taylor

The Escape

I picked this up from a charity shop last Autumn, and I’d wanted to read it for Halloween. However things got in the way a bit and I still haven’t managed to read it yet. It’s got fairly average ratings on Goodreads, but the plot sounds interesting.

I’m interested to see what everyone else has on their Spring TBR. Let me know what you think if you’ve read any of these books, particularly the last one.
